Order Information

How Quickly After Ordering Will I Receive My Unit?

Standard delivery times are 7-10 business days for used units. New units may require 10-15 days for delivery. If you are in a “rush” to receive your order, SprintBox can deliver in as soon as 3-5 days for an additional fee of $299 per unit.

If I Cancel My Order, Will I Get a Refund?

In most cases, we are able to refund orders, less any credit card or payment fees incurred, if the customer informs SprintBox of their cancellation within 24 hours. Otherwise, SprintBox will charge a $50 restocking fee.

How Can I Make a Payment and What Forms of Payment Does SprintBox Accept?

SprintBox accepts major credit and debit cards, ACH payments, checks and bank wires. Payments can be made over the phone. For other forms of payment, contact customer service for information.

Can I Choose the Color of My Unit?

SprintBox cannot guarantee a specific color; however, you can ask for a certain preference before finalizing your order and we will try our best to accommodate.

Can I Inspect the Container Before Buying?

No, customers can’t inspect the containers due to safety concerns of entering the container depot space.

Can I See Pictures of the Containers Available for Sale?

No, we are unable to provide a picture of containers due to the large inventory availability in multiple locations that often has a fast turnover.

Delivery Details

How Should I Prepare the Site for Delivery?

No surface prep is required. The unit can sit directly on the ground. We recommend that you select as level a location as possible. Doors can be difficult to operate if the unit is not level. Best sites include concrete or gravel, or you can place railroad ties or blocks capable of supporting the container.
If delivery is rejected due to the driver being unable to safely back into the location, you will be charged a restock fee of $350 so please make sure you have adequate space at your location.

How Much Space / Clearance is Required to Deliver?

A clearance of 95’ is recommended for 20’ containers, and a clearance of 120’ is required for 40’ containers. In addition, our trucks require approximately 20’ vertical clearance for loading and unloading units, as well as 15′ clearance for entering the delivery site. We recommend a place that has high enough clearance for a truck to move in and out of your location, away from power lines and branches. The recommended width requirement is approximately 13′. SprintBox can review your site in advance of delivery for no charge to determine the optimal delivery process.

What If I Need to Reschedule a Delivery or Pickup?

Contact SprintBox at your earliest convenience as scheduling availability is limited and deliveries and pickups are on a first come, first serve basis.

How Are Storage Containers Delivered?

SprintBox can deliver a container to you via a tilt-bed truck if you would prefer us to unload it at the desired location. The driver will back the trailer and lower the end of the container until it touches the ground, and then will pull straight out from under the container. Prior to your delivery date, the SprintBox team will ask you if we should load the container with the doors facing to the cab or to the rear of the truck. You must make that decision based on the desired location of the container door at your site.
In confined areas a lift truck or crane can be used to set the containers.

How Soon Can SprintBox Deliver a Container?

Delivery for a standard, used storage container is 2-5 days for rush orders, and 7-10 days for standard orders. Availability can vary by region, and frequently we can deliver quicker than our posted timeframe.

How Far Does SprintBox Deliver?

We have locations nationwide and will deliver nearly anywhere in the U.S.
