30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Customer may, within thirty days after the delivery of the container(s), provide SprintBox with written notice of Customer’s wish to return the container(s). Upon receipt of this notice, we will provide the Customer with directions regarding the return of the container(s). The customer must return the container(s) (i) to a location specified by us, and (ii) through a carrier specified by us. Upon our receipt of the returned container(s) and our inspection of the container(s), we will, within a reasonable time after such return, provide Customer with refund of the purchase price of the container(s) less (i) any applicable transportation costs, (ii) any reasonable reductions for damage to the container(s), and (iii) a $50 restocking fee. All customers may only utilize this guarantee once.
Warranty
Subject to the restrictions below, we warrant that at the time of container delivery, the container(s) will be wind-and-watertight (“WWT”) and will remain WWT for a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery. If a wind or water leak is discovered during this five (5) year period we will provide a repair kit with appropriate repair instructions to repair the leak or provide repair services to repair the leak in the container. The total warranty period will remain the same for a period of five (5) years and will not be increased after any repair even though leak repairs have been performed.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, this warranty shall not apply and we shall have no warranty obligation where the defect or failure is attributable or related in any way whatsoever to (i) shipment, mishandling, installation, repairs, modifications, or any other acts attributable to the Customer; or, (ii) reasons which are beyond our control or without fault of or negligence by us including, but not limited to fire, flood, crash, acts of God, explosion, misuse, or failures; or, (iii) failure by Customer or any third party on Customer’s behalf to perform any repairs or to keep the container(s) well maintained and in a safe location.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the warranty herein excludes damage caused by unjustified or unreasonable actions of the Buyer or actions of third parties. Further, the warranty will be voided by unauthorized repair attempts. No other warranties/remedies shall apply. The warranty remedies provided herein shall be the Customer’s sole and exclusive remedies for breach of warranty and shall constitute Seller’s sole liability with respect to breach of the warranty(ies) specified herein and above. Seller shall not be liable for any damage to goods inside any container. The only warranties made by Seller are those expressly enumerated herein. Any other statements of fact or descriptions or representations expressed hereto shall not be deemed to constitute a warranty.
THE WARRANTIES PROVIDED HEREIN ARE THE ENTIRE, SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTIES MADE BY SELLER AND ACCEPTED BY BUYER IN LIEU OF AND TO THE EXCLUSION OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING AND USAGE OF TRADE).
